Birds are pretty awesome creatures.  They were the first exception to the rule of “Four legs good, two legs bad”.  They are evolutionary descendants of dinosaurs.  They are really smart creatures who are capable of using tools.  Not only do they use tools when they are taught, they are actually innovative enough to make tools of their own to use.  I’m sure between the typical crow on the street and my sweet fuzzy house cat, the street-wise crow will win in a fight.  So we really have to think twice before we call someone “bird brain”.
